Can I collect some items and have others delivered?
If you'd like to split your order between delivery and collection, please place a standard online order and then get in touch with us to let us know which items you'd prefer to collect.
How long will it take to receive stock confirmation?
We aim to have your order ready within 2 hours. However, during busy periods it may take 4–6 hours. We'll keep you informed throughout.
Do I need to bring ID to collect my order?
Yes, please bring a valid form of ID and your order confirmation when collecting your items.
Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?
No, for security reasons, only the person who placed the order can collect it. Please ensure you bring your ID.
What if I no longer want the items I reserved?
No problem. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll arrange a cancellation and refund. Please note there maybe a restocking fee.
How long will you hold my items for collection?
We’ll hold your reserved items for up to 5 working days. If you're unable to collect within this time, please contact us to discuss options.

- Click & Collect orders are subject to stock availability and branch opening hours
- Items must be collected within 5 working days of confirmation
- A valid form of ID is required at the point of collection
- Only the named person on the order can collect the items
- We reserve the right to cancel reservations not collected within the specified timeframe
